Welcome to HqO!
In this course, we’ll introduce you to the HqO Admin Console, review terminology, and provide instructions for navigating the HqO Headquarters and managing communication, content and amenities of users, to promote employee engagement and rich user experience of the workspace.
Who should take this course?
This course is designed for JLLT HqO Administrators who have access to the HqO Admin Console. Investor/Owner/ Workplace Experience Managers are the roles that will be responsible for administrating HqO. Whether new to this role, looking for a refresher, or interested in adding a new skill (feature) that your building is not currently using, this course covers it all. You can view this course at your own pace, start and stop as you wish, and skip around as necessary.
